Turmeric

Almond

Almond is a species of tree native to the Middle East and South Asia. It has been used extensively in many cultures due to its beneficial properties for hair, skin and general health. Evening Primrose Oil

Evening Primrose is an enriching plant based oil containing anti-aging gamma linolenic acid (GLA) and skin loving fatty acids including omega-6 linoic acid. Evening primrose oil penetrates deep into the skin, improving the skins moisture retention capacity and helping to heal conditions such as acne and eczema. Evening Primrose oil can also help to soften brittle nails.

 

Garbanzo Bean

Garbanzo Bean is one of the earliest cultivated legumes: 7,500-year-old remains have been found in the Middle East. Garbanzo Beans are high in fiber and are consumed in a variety of foods across the world including the popular dish of the Middle East; hummus and the South Asian pakora. Garbanzo Bean is also used in many traditional cultures to treat and improve skin conditions. In its ground form, the beans serves as an excellent but gentle exfoliating scrub. It is also claimed to help reduce the signs of wrinkles and ages spots. 

Grapefruit

Grapefruit  was first cultivated in Barbados in the West Indies as a hybrid fruit , a cross between Pomelo and sweet orange. Grapefruit contains high amounts of Vitamin A and C, minerals and anti-oxidants. The vitamin C and antioxidants helps protects the skin from environmental hazards. The retinol antioxidant gives your skin softness and, renews damaged skin and treats skin pigmentation. The potassium present in the grapefruit helps to smooth wrinkles and age spots and provides a protective shield against UV rays. Grape fruit refreshes the skin and the amino acid present in the grapefruit makes the skin firm and supple.

 

Jojoba Oil

Jojoba is in fact a liquid wax extracted from the nut of an indigenous American shrub Simmondsia chinensis. It is considered a key remedy for dry and mature skin because it is so similar in structure to human sebum that it acts as a natural skin conditioner. For this reason, Jojoba Oil is often used to relieve symptoms related to dry skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and dandruff. Its thick consistency makes it an ideal barrier and lubricant for shaving. The oil is also a great make-up remover, helping to dissolve and lift dirt clogging up pores.

 

Lemon

Moroccan Argan Oil

Moroccan Argan Oil is a plant oil produced from the kernels of the argan tree (Argania spinosa L), which only grows in Morroco.  Argan oil is rich in Vitamin E (tocopherols),  phenols, carotenes, squalene and fatty acids (80% unsaturated fats).

 

Rose Hip Oil

Rose Hip Oil is a pressed seed oil, extracted from the seeds of the wild rose bush. Rose hip seed oil is high in the essential fatty acids: linoleic acid or omega-6, linolenic acid and omega-3. These essential fatty acids keep the skin looking supple and toned by supporting cellular regeneration, thus reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
